Convention Article 23 2 (b)

Article 23 2. Each member of the Commission shall:   (b) provide to the Commission in the manner and at such intervals as may be required by the Commission, information concerning its fishing activities in the Convention Area, including fishing areas and fishing vessels in order to facilitate the compilation of reliable catch and effort statistics; and   WCPFC11 agreed that CCMs will confirm if they have nothing to report on obligations when completing Annual Reports to make it clear to the Secretariat that this obligation has been considered (para 501 WCPFC11 summary report).
